Delete your SentX account
You can request deletion of your SentX account and associated data without installing the iPhone or Android app.
- Sign in at sentx.ai and open Settings → Account → Manage → Delete account. Confirm the deletion.
- If you cannot sign in, email help@sentx.ai from the account email address with the subject “Delete my SentX account”.
- We may verify account ownership before acting. Never email your password or full payment details.
Deletion removes access to your account and deletes your profile, accessible chat history and associated uploaded files from the active service.
Financial and compliance records, and limited records required for security or fraud prevention, may be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy. Data already incorporated into training or shared memory is covered by the retention terms in that policy.
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in the store that billed you.

- Use the subject “Content Report”. Identify the content and the basis of your report.
